  • This event connects veterans, particularly those experiencing or at risk of homelessness, with essential services in one coordinated setting. It is designed to be a safe and welcoming environment where veterans can access support and connect with service providers at no cost.

    To support this goal, vendors must offer direct services, resources or assistance to attendees. This event is not a marketplace. The sale or promotion of products and services is not allowed.

    • Have been properly vetted, screened, and/or cleared in accordance with our organization’s internal policies and procedures; and

    • All services, resources, and supports provided at this event will be offered free of charge to veterans and their families; and
    • Our organization and its representatives will adhere to a strict no-solicitation policy, as required by the event host, William Peace University. This includes refraining from selling products or services, collecting payment information, or engaging in any commercial activity during the event.

    I acknowledge that Wake County and the event host reserve the right to deny or revoke participation of any organization or representative who fails to comply with these requirements or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.
