• Permit Portal Log-in Process

  • Do you need to sign in with your existing account or register for a new one? Find the right Permit Portal log-in option for you by answering a few simple questions.

  • Do you have a Permit Portal account with Wake County Government?*
  • Do you have a Permit Portal account at another municipality like the City of Raleigh?*
  • Is the email address you use to log into that account the same one you use for your Wake County account?*
  • Register
    You need to register your existing account using your Wake County Permit Portal email address.

    Please note: You are only registering the existing account with the new TID-C process, not creating a new account. All of your linked permits/plans/inspections will still be available as long as you use the email address associated with your existing account.

  • Log In
    You need to log in. Use your Wake County Permit Portal email address.

  • Register
    You need to register your existing account using your Wake County Permit Portal email address.

    Please note: You are only registering the existing account with the new TID-C process, not creating a new account. All of your linked permits/plans/inspections will still be available as long as you use the email address associated with your existing account.

  • Do you have a Permit Portal account at another municipality like the City of Raleigh?*
  • You have two options:

    Log In
    Use the email address you use with the other municipality if you want to use the same email for both accounts.

    Register
    If you prefer to keep your accounts separate, you'll need to register for a new account with Wake County.
