Watershed Management Request/Complaint Form

Watershed Management staff check construction projects in Wake County to make sure they follow rules about erosion, stormwater and building in floodplains. They also check construction projects in Wake County, Garner, Morrisville, Rolesville, Wendell and Zebulon for erosion and stormwater rules. Each town is in charge of its own flood and stormwater plans after construction.

If you need copies of permits or other related documents, please submit a public request.
